Shields

Shields are no replacement for a suit of armor by any means. What they do is modify the base set up by the armor and make your defenses better. With the shields you will see a "+" and "-" beside each stat to indicate how they change your defense. Although there aren't many good ones, there are a couple that will last you a long time.
